PRELIMINARY TASK: DOUBLE PAGE SPREAD EXPLANATION

    This is the my double page spread which is about a young chef who has taken the culinary world by storm. 

    My double page spread also features a picture of the chef and a picture of their cooking.
The color scheme i chose for the double page spread piggybacks off the cover page and the table of contents. 

I had an extremely good time working on this as I am extremely passionate about food and all related subjects.

Syllabus reflection

  Media studies is an international AICE course, it is a course that is focused on today’s important topics like fashion, sports, music, film, radio and podcasts, print, etc. I’m looking forward to the research we must do to create our blogs and magazines, another thing about this course that i am interested in is finding out what media skills that i can learn and finding out how i will be able to apply them in my everyday life. There are some aspects of the course that make me nervous such as the process of making the blogs , another aspect of the course that makes me nervous is the grading standards that we will be held up to as this is a Cambridge class. My biggest worry though is whether i will pass the final exam or not.   I hope to gain a deeper understanding of media related products that we use in our everyday lives.   "created with canva"
