CAMERA ANGLES

HIGH ANGLE:

When taking a high angle shot, the camera is angled downward to capture the subject from above.
It is typically used in movies to make the character appear more vulnerable. This original picture I took is of  these two young men pose doing something basic but the high angle gives the feeling of someone watching them.

CANTED ANGLE:

Canted angle also known as the Dutch tilt are used to create a sense of discomfort and disorientation. For my canted angle I took an original picture of this young lady at a canted angle which gives the feeling of discomfort.

LOW ANGLE:

Low angles are utilized to make the subject more powerful or intimidating. For this angle a teammate of mine was chosen to be my model for my original picture. The angle gives him an intimidating aura, The picture looks like he is about to step on something which gives a powerful vibe.
